Sunnybrae Estate and Vinteloper have teamed up to bring you an incredible 5-Course Chefs Tasting Menu, paired exclusively with Vinteloper's vibrant range of wines, including roaming canapes & Coffin Bay oyster station to enjoy with a complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival. The outstanding Adelaide Musicians Live will provide the sweet tunes to create the perfect atmosphere for a luxurious long lunch, and 48 Flavours & Caffettiera Espresso Carts will have all the treats to satisfy your sweet tooth while the little ones enjoy live entertainment from Bumbles the Clown! 

This year, Sunnybrae are using the opportunity to raise funds for a cause that hits close to home for so many women. We will be selling raffle tickets on the day for your chance to win an incredible range of generously donated prizes from some of SA's leading businesses, with all proceeds going to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

To start:

Canapes & Coffin Bay oyster station on arrival

First entree:

Spencer Gulf prawn, bonito kewpie, finger lime, tapioca crisp

Second entree:

Lamb shoulder pappardelle, basil pesto, pecorino, sourdough crumb

Main course:

Beef fillet, shiitake & pancetta fricassee, potato curl 

Sides: crusted potato, peppercorn cream & raddicchio, cos, whitlof salad, rhubarb dressing

Dessert:

Dark chocolate & hazelnut mousse, maple cream, oat crumble
